Prices shown are in UK Pounds. You can also pay in US dollars
or Euros - the price will be calculated accordingly without commission.
Postage and packing is charged at £3.00 per book in the UK and
worldwide.
Delivery
All orders are despatched within 48 hours of clearance of funds. If for some reason we cannot deliver within the agreed time we will inform you immediately and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery.
Security
All transactions are processed using the WorldPay technology.
Consumer law
We guarantee to meet our obligations under the consumer protection laws currently in force including:
* the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
* the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
* the Consumer Credit Act 1974;
* the Trade Descriptions Act 1968;
* the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the 1994 Regulations; and
* the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Returns and refund
If you are not satisfied with the books you've bought from us, you may return them in the condition received within 7 days of your receipt and obtain a full refund from us. Your are responsible for postage charges for returning the books to us.
We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Proof of postage is sufficient proof of receipt.
This guarantee does not affect the buyers' statutory rights.
Contracts & Statutory Rights
This Code of Practice does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, as required by the Code of Practice.
Receipts, bills and settlement mistakes
We always provide a receipt with the goods. We undertake to correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible.
Legal advice and help
Subscribers to Which? Online who have problems after buying online from a trader in the scheme, will be entitled to free legal advice and help from Which? Legal Service, we promise to cooperate with Which? Legal Service to solve the problem.
Handling complaints
We promise to deal with complaints effectively and in a manner that is:
* fair;
* confidential;
* effective;
* easy to use and well-publicised;
* speedy - you should have time limits for taking action and telling customers what you are doing;
* informative - so that you know which services you need to improve;
* simple to understand and use; and
* checked - to make sure that it is working well and getting better.
Solving disputes
For any disputes whatsoever we are governed by UK law.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We may from time to time send you information and special offers about items similar to the ones you have purchased. If you do not wish do receive such information from us, you have an option to refuse it on the order form, or unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the remove link which is clearly stated on every mailing.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct them promptly.
