Prices
Prices shown are in UK Pounds. You can also pay in US dollars or Euros - the price will be calculated accordingly without commission. Postage and packing is charged at £3.00 per book in the UK and worldwide.

Delivery
All orders are despatched within 48 hours of clearance of funds. If for some reason we cannot deliver within the agreed time we will inform you immediately and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery.

Returns and refund
If you are not satisfied with the books you've bought from us, you may return them in the condition received within 7 days of your receipt and obtain a full refund from us. Your are responsible for postage charges for returning the books to us.

We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Proof of postage is sufficient proof of receipt.

This guarantee does not affect the buyers' statutory rights.

Contracts & Statutory Rights
This Code of Practice does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, as required by the Code of Practice.

Receipts, bills and settlement mistakes
We always provide a receipt with the goods. We undertake to correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible.
